!IMPORTANT NOTICE! Commissioned Artwork, or any of my artwork for that matter, may NOT be used as NFTs/minted or used to promote NFTs, I'm not taking NFT commissions and designs/characters made by me abide by the same rules (no minting or used for promotion!)

General Payment Rules

- I only accept payment via PayPal in EURO- You have a 24h time frame after my confirmation to pay otherwise the commission will be canceled.- Complete refunds won't generally be issued.- Holds for adopts and commission slots are possible for up to a week. A 10% deposit has to be made beforehand if you request a hold longer than 3 days. The deposit is non refundable in case you drop the hold.- Please do not commission artwork or try to resell adopts/designs before you finished the payment plan.- Please don't send over payments before I tell you! All payments done without my confirmation WON'T be refunded! You have been warned!- I only accept upfront payment. Only for commissions over 200€, payment plans/split payments are available. A minimum deposit of 30% has to be made before I start with you commission.- For split payment 50% will be paid upfront and the other 50% after your commission is done.- If you choose a payment-plan you have to stick to the time frame we agreed on otherwise you get a warning. Please contact me if you need an extension or want to cancel the plan.- In case you can't/don't want to finish the payment plan, all previous payments are non-refundable!

Commercial Rules

- My work may not be used commercially without my permission- If you plan to sell products that contain characters I sold/ designed for you, there will be an upcharge.- If you commission artwork specifically for digital products (for example, talk sprites or illustrations for visual novels) there will be a fee based on the size of the project.- Using my artwork directly for clothing, accessories etc. is strictly forbidden. On further clarification on what this includes please contact me.- Even commercially used work MUST be credited

- NSFW (Soft and R18/Kink stuff)What I will try:- AnimalsWhat I won't do:- Overly complicated armor_____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________- I only accept commissions requested by e-mail or DM on Bluesky/Tumblr unless specified different in the commission post.- My commissions are not first come, first served. I may not take on your commission if I don't feel comfortable drawing the character you requested since I don't want the quality of the piece to suffer due to me not feeling comfortable drawing them.- The only people who are allowed to use the commissioned artwork are me and the client (in cases that involve characters of others, they may get permission too)- My style is always changing so please be aware that you commission piece may look different than one I made a month ago- When commissioning me please have a colored, high quality reference ready. I can work with black & white references or text descriptions but a fee will be added to the total in that case (This does not apply to character designs). Also please note that if the reference is shaded I might not get the colors spot on so for maximum accuracy please provide a palette.- Refunds or re-drawing of the piece after it's finished, due to it not looking like you imagined are not possible. You can request changes whenever I send you WIPs. No changes will be made to previous stages.- I try my best to reproduce every detail of your character but sometimes it won't be possible. I will inform you about such things before I start with the commission- In other cases it won't be possible because the reference you provided wasn't clear enough so please make sure you provide a detailed reference- If your strict about one of your characters details than please tell me so upfront! I wont be responsible for this missing detail if you don't tell me!- I won't send out un-watermarked versions.- Please allow a minimum of 1 month after your payment for a commission for me to finish it as this is not my main job. It's possible for you to request me to prioritize your commission and finish it until a specific deadline (a small fee will be charged)- Re-uploading the artwork on platforms is allowed as long as VISIBLE credit is given in form of a link to my Bluesky or Tumblr
